WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Our Story
Every handmade creation has a story, and ours began with a grandmother, an Aunt Martha aluminum tube, and a little girl who discovered her love for creating.

Kendra was just 9 or 10 years old when her grandmother introduced her to painting and later the tubes disappeared. She came upon bottled fabric paint that was made in Michigan. What started as a childhood hobby grew into a lifelong passion for creativity, color, and making something beautiful by hand.

In 2013, Kendra turned that passion into Dazzling Colors, a small business built on the belief that handmade gifts carry something special — the time, care, and love of the person who created them.
As the business grew, so did the family behind it. Kendra's mother, Suzan, joined with her sewing expertise, and other talented makers became part of the journey, each bringing their own techniques, ideas, and creative talents.​

Today, Dazzling Colors continues to grow while staying true to its roots: creating thoughtful, handmade and hand-painted gifts that bring happiness, comfort, and meaning to everyday life.

Meet Our Creative Family
Behind Dazzling Colors is a family brought together by creativity, craftsmanship, and a love for all things handmade. Founded by Kendra in 2013, the business grew from her childhood passion for painting, inspired by her grandmother. Today, Kendra, her mother Suzan, and her sister Linsay work together to bring their creative ideas to life. From hand-painted designs and beautifully sewn quilts to thoughtful gifts and personalized keepsakes, each brings their own talents and special touch to the business. Alongside their extended creative family, they continue to share their love for handmade creations with customers near and far.
