We reserve the right to contact customers to verify order details or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

We welcome custom and personalized gift requests, including quilts, memorial keepsakes, embroidered products, hand-painted creations, and other specialty items.

Completion & Delivery: Once your order is complete, we coordinate the available shipping or pickup arrangements.

Custom orders are subject to material availability, design complexity, and current production schedules.

Any requested changes after production has begun may result in additional charges or adjustments to the completion timeframe.

Submitting a custom order inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or confirmation of the order.

5. Custom Order Deadlines

We understand that many custom gifts are created for meaningful occasions, including birthdays, graduations, weddings, holidays, and other special events.

When placing a custom order, please communicate your preferred completion date as early as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested timeframe based on the complexity of the project, material availability, and current workload.

Requested deadlines are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Dazzling Colors.

Shipping transit times are separate from production times and may affect the final delivery date.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Dazzling Colors offers worldwide shipping options for eligible products.

For ready-to-ship items, we generally aim to ship orders within 3–5 business days after an online order is placed.

For custom or personalized orders, we generally aim to ship within 3–5 business days after the custom creation has been completed.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Please note that these timeframes refer to order processing and shipment preparation, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

Quantity of items shipped together

Destination and shipping distance

Shipping carrier and service selected

Many of our shipping rates are weight-based. Larger products, quilts, multiple-item orders, and international shipments may require higher shipping charges.
